Merchant can create the subscription user by entering following details:

1. Subscription Plan: The specific plan that the user is subscribing to

2. Customer Id: A unique identifier for the customer

3. Customer Email: The email address of the customer subscribing to the plan

4. Plan Start: The date when the subscription plan begins
